PUBLIC NOTICE OF LOGIC & ACCURACY TESTING
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-379.6(c) notice is hereby given that the logic and accuracy testing on the voting equipment to be used in the November 5, 2024, General Election, will begin Monday September23 , 2024, at 9am and every day after that until completion. It will be conducted at the Board of Elections and Registration Office, 81 Jackson St. Zebulon, GA 30295.
NOTICE OF ADVANCE VOTING
Advance Voting for the November, 2024, General Election, will begin Tuesday October 15, 2024, at 9am and will continue Monday through Saturday 9am – 5pm until November 1, 2024. It will be held at the Board of Elections and Registration Office, 81 Jackson St. Zebulon, GA 30295.
Early Processing and Tabulation
Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-386(a)(4) and State Election Board Rule 183-1-14-0.9-.15 notice is hereby given that for the intent to early process absentee ballots for the General Election November 5, 2024, prior to the closing of the polls. This process will begin at 10am beginning November 1, 2024, and continue until all ballots are processed. This process will be performed in the Board of Elections & Registration office. The address is 81 Jackson St., Zebulon GA 30295. Ballots will be tabulated after 5pm on Election Day, November 5, 2024.
Risk Limiting Audit Results
Following, the General Election Local Superintendents shall conduct risk-limiting audit on one federal or state-wide contest randomly selected by the Secretary of State during this period. O.C.G.A. § 21-2-498(b)(c)
The Audit confirmed that the original machine tabulated results do correspond or were within the designated margin of error with the hand tabulated results.
